Director of Engineering and Innovations
- Led and coordinated all Engineering and mining expansion projects for sites in Temple, TX and Rockdale TX. Organized and scheduled all new projects including a new Water Pump System for the Rockdale site as well as the new Electrical / Piping system for a third Data Hall with an estimated 15,000 miners. This new third Data Hall project was a total of 134,687 sq feet which included 100 MW of miners, Dry Coolers and other servers.- Organized Engineering team travel and onsite schedules. Created new objectives and milestones to monitor the individual Engineering projects status and completion percentage. Worked with the Management team to prioritize critical projects and determine where Engineering assistance is needed.- Created, Organized and detailed Engineering Procedures and Templates for the company. Setup Part Numbering system as well as safety systems.- Designed and Built the R&D Lab to perform testing on new Miners, tank systems and Heat Exchangers. Designed new PDUs that have a 40% decrease in heat generated by the Immersed PDUs.- Project Managed a move of over $13 million dollars’ worth of materials, equipment and products from our Temple site to a site in another location. Coordinated a loading team, trucking company and a receiving team. Organized each truck load and the location of each part at the new yard. Held daily meetings to coordinate the next day’s movements. The final results were completing the project 8 days ahead of schedule and $140,755 under budget.
